This project proposed a wayfinding and environmental graphic system for the 4th floor lobby at 370 Jay Street that reused existing signage colors to distinguish programmatic spaces and improve navigation for first time visitors.
We created a design system including colour palette and fonts to be used for posters and maps. The symbols are inspired by the different sections of the program floor, including the Equipment Room as cables, and the Fabrication Lab as scissors to show what each are is used for.
